All Software licensed through the store shall be licensed under GPLv3 unless explicitly stated otherwise either in the download page or by the attached License.txt file.
Before purchasing Interactive Pixel Design products, is your responsibility to make sure that these fit your needs and you has the expertise on how to use them. Interactive Pixel Design is not responsible for any problem that could arise from the products usage.
We offer an option to choose Installation and setup with plugin purchase (which is paid separately).
We will install the plugin on your website and configure everything to your linkings. Since we are plugin developers, we know plugin inside and out.
Installation and setup is valid for a single website (example if you purchase multiple licences of the same product, Installation and setup will be performed on single website you choose).
In case of bundle purchase (where bundle contains different plugins), Installation and setup is valid for each different plugin in a bundle for a single website.
Each license can be used on single domain or a single project.
Exception are multi-domain websites in which case single license covers main domain and any number of sub-domains under main domain.
Updates together with technical support to plugins will be available to each user a long as license subscription is valid, or in a case of lifetime license, without limitation.
If you own multiple licenses of the same plugin and you want to update, its enough for you to aquire license subscription for single plugin, then you will get access to download plugin latest version and you can update all plugins on diferent websites.
Of course, if you want to have ability for auto updates and update plugin directly through WordPress admin panel / Plugins section, then each plugin license is independant of other licenses, and requires its own license subscription.
Taxes depend on the customer country and/or type (individual or company).
All prices shown in the this website do not include taxes, they are applied on checkout.
Customer will bear any tax and additional fee.
Refunds are given after an official request opening. Requests can be opened in each "view orders" page.
Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment (amount transfer time may vary depending on your bank).

Licenses purchased on this website have got technical support assiciated as long as license subscription is valid.
Support includes fixing technical issues related to the plugin itself. We will make sure the plugin works as intended in each environment.

You can close your account and terminate your agreement with Interactive Pixel Design at any time if you do not agree to the changes. However, continuing to use this website after the changes are made, you will be agreeing to the changes.
