Demo displays using comments next to audio seekbar. This is CSS based and can be restyled and repositioned as you wish.
Note: this is a demo and comments you add are not saved. In WordPress plugin, comments are saved in WordPress database and with javascript plugin, you can save comments on server side using provided API methods and events for adding comments.
