Why plugins are no more updated on Codecanyon?

Envato has changed over time and simply does not provide the traffic as before.

Software development needs constant maintainance, updates and keeping in line with modern browser changes. 

Therefore we decided to sell our products (which we have been developing for almost 15 years now) directly on our website from 2026. 

We invest a lot of time to keep our plugins up to date with current web standards and with constant updates and improvements.

Can you provide support for older versions of the plugin?

Unfortunately we can only provide support for the latest plugin version.

We maintain and upgrade only latest code so its not possible to diagnose old plugin versions.

If you have an older plugin version, make sure you upgrade to latest version before requestiong support.

Plugin has a malware

Invasive server security sometimes can give false positives on plugin scripts, whereas there is nothing wrong with the plugin itself.

For example, often time server will report javascript files inside the plugin as malware because the code has been minified in specific way.

We can assure you our plugin does not contain any virus or similar. 

You can simply ignore this or another possible solution is to exclude our plugin from your server security.

You can always check the plugin with real antivirus program like Malwarebytes so you can ensure for yourself there is no malware inside our plugins.
